TESGZ, TEDGZ series single-phase, three-phase high-power electric column variable voltage transformer is our company in order to meet the market demand, independent development and design and production of products, aimed at meeting the diverse needs of the majority of users.
This series of column variable voltage transformer has the output voltage waveform without distortion (output voltage waveform distortion rate increment <1%), the use of electric operation mechanism, can realize the closed-loop remote operation, thus reducing the operation of labor intensity.
The variable voltage transformer also has the characteristics of output voltage adjustment from zero voltage, strong instantaneous overload capacity, small no-load current and no-load loss, high efficiency, low noise, long service life, etc. It is suitable for all kinds of inductive, capacitive and resistive loads.


♦ Three-phase autocoupling design.
♦ Iron core structure: three-phase column type iron core is adopted.
♦ Coil structure: The coil is divided into common winding and series winding. The series winding serves as the input winding and is located in the inner layer; the common winding serves as the voltage regulating winding and is located in the outer layer.
♦ Voltage regulation: The servo motor drives the roller brush set through the variable speed mechanism, sliding up and down along the surface of the outer coil to realize voltage regulation.
♦ Protection device: the side of the variable voltage transformer is equipped with upper and lower L×19-131 travel switches, as the limit protection of thevariable voltage transformer.
Sequence controller is installed on the top of TYDZ-type variable voltage transformer, driven by variable speed mechanism, and seven sets of L×W5-11G2 travel switches are configured inside, providing upper and lower limit and process limit functions, which can be used by the user at his/her own choice.
