Overshoot protection: cut off the battery charging after charging beyond the protection voltage, the battery can work normally discharging.
Over-discharge low voltage protection: when the battery voltage is too low, the system will automatically cut off the battery output and make the battery shut down without voltage output. At this time, remove the load and re-switch the battery voltmeter, or charge the battery, can restore the voltage.
Short-circuit over-current protection: the battery positive and negative short-circuit or excessive current cut off the battery output, the battery automatically shut down no voltage output. At this time, remove the battery load to re-switch the battery voltmeter battery voltage can be restored.
Note: If the positive and negative poles are short-circuited or the current is too high, it is easy to damage the battery protection circuit, and the battery protection circuit cannot be restored after it is damaged, it can only be replaced!
Charging method: (This product all adopt the same port charging design)
The included utility charger (5-10A) is used for charging. The charging time after battery depletion can be calculated by the following formula: battery capacity ÷ charger current = charging time. During the charging process, the indicator light of the charger will light up red; when charging is complete or the charger is not connected, the indicator light will turn blue. (Note: If the charger voltage exceeds the battery protection voltage, the battery may enter the protection state, at this time, it is normal for the battery to show a lower voltage after unplugging the charger.) The charger with current within 10A can be directly connected to the battery charging hole for charging; the charger with current more than 10A needs to be connected to the battery positive and negative terminals for charging.
Solar charging must go through the solar controller to charge the battery, the output voltage of the controller must be consistent with the battery charging voltage, not greater than the charging voltage of the lithium battery, otherwise it will cause damage to the lithium battery or danger!
Car charging, first of all, to determine the car generator voltage, 12V can directly charge 12V battery, 24V can directly charge 24V battery. Battery and car main battery parallel charging, you need to add isolators between the battery and. If you want to charge a 24V battery in a 12V car, you need to install a charging system, please contact our customer service to get the information!
