The tunnel special step-up transformer can solve the problem of low voltage in long-distance power transmission in one step, and is mainly applied to the electromechanical equipment in various tunnels and mines.
This step-up transformer is specially designed for situations where the equipment cannot work properly due to low terminal voltage caused by long lines and thin wiring.
It steps up the 380V voltage from the main transformer to 1140V or 2200V in the tunnel. The step-up transformer’s amplitude is decided according to the wire diameter, and it converts the high voltage in the tunnel from 1000m to 3000m to low voltage levels of 410V, 430V, or 450V.
The device effectively copes with voltage drop differences and ensures the normal startup and operation of the equipment. It is an ideal retrofit solution for solving the low-voltage problem of electromechanical equipment in tunnels and mines.
High-voltage grid input: S11M-10/0.4
Low-voltage grid output: adjust the voltage to 430V through 10000V transformer (adjust the third output).
Oil-immersed power regulator: Tunnel special 430V regulator will stabilize the voltage at 410V.
Low-voltage capacitor reactive power compensation cabinet: provides reactive current to improve power factor.
Tunnel placement of special step-up transformer: boost 410V to 1000V (no loss in boosting and bucking).
Specialized voltage-reducing device at the tunnel entrance: reduces the voltage from 1000V to 380V, 410V and 440V.
Power equipment in the cave: rated voltage is 380V.
